— Prevention of the new coronavirus infection in the real venue —

– We will ensure that everyone wears a mask, disinfectants are available in all areas, and that temperature and ventilation are taken.

– The number of participants in the basement hall of Kikai Shinko Kaikan will be less than 50% of the capacity, and the first 150 participants will be accepted.

– At the entrance of the meeting rooms, we will take your temperature using a non-contact thermometer, and those who fall into the following categories will not be allowed to join.

(1) Those who have fever over 37.5 degrees, cough, dyspnea, sore throat, nasal discharge, general malaise, taste and smell disorders, eye pain or conjunctival discharge, joint and muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, etc.

(2) Those who have seen a doctor or taken medication for fever or common cold symptoms within the past two weeks

(3) Those who have had close contact with a person who is positive for the new coronavirus infection

(4) Those who have visited a country or region where the government has restricted entry or required a post-arrival observation period within the past two weeks, and those who have had close contact with a resident of such a country or region.
